Appointment requests

This website collects only the information you choose to submit in the appointment-request form, such as your name, phone number, email address, general city, scheduling preferences, service category, and optional scheduling notes. The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry.

Do not send tax information through the form

The form is for general appointment inquiries only. Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank details, exact income figures, tax forms, or other confidential financial information. Submitting the form does not establish a tax preparer-client relationship. If we decide to work together, we'll arrange a separate method of document exchange.

Website hosting and submissions

This website is designed to be hosted by Netlify. The appointment form uses Netlify Forms, which processes and stores submissions to deliver them to the site owner. Netlify's handling of submitted data is also subject to its own privacy practices. Learn more from Netlify's privacy policy.

How information is used

Information submitted through the appointment form is used only to review inquiries, contact you by phone or email, and coordinate potential appointments. I do not sell your inquiry information or share it with third parties for their marketing. Your information is processed by service providers needed to operate the site and receive your request, and may be disclosed if required by law. This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers or third-party analytics; hosting providers may process technical information as part of normal website operation.

Retention and requests

Appointment inquiries will be kept only as reasonably necessary for responding and related administrative purposes, subject to any applicable legal requirements. To ask about an inquiry you submitted or request deletion where applicable, use the appointment form and choose “Other”; do not include sensitive information.

Changes

This notice may be updated as the website, software, or document-sharing process changes. The date above will be updated when changes are made.

This is a general website privacy notice, not a substitute for the separate privacy disclosures or engagement documents that may be required when you become a tax preparation client.
